Brewing 101 - Bare Bones Basic Brewing

Brewing 401 - Intro to Sensory Analysis

2 Sessions (4 hours each) Fee: $20
First session is all about identifying flavors on beer. Session two is learning the off-flavors and will include a doctored beer tasting.

Brewing 402 - BJCP Training

6 Sessions (3-4 hours each with short tests) Fee: $10 - $15 each session. BJCP Exam at completion is optional.
If you don't know what the BJCP program is then you probably aren't ready for this class. If you do know, this class is aimed at helping you pass the exam or advance in the program. Once you take this you'll be invited to special advanced discussion and education sessions.
